Advisory Boards

Youth Advisory Board: Designed
to provide those in high school and junior college an
opportunity to learn what it means to sit on a board of
directors and help lead a charitable organization. This body
provides the Mercey Springs Foundation’s leaders with ideas of
how young people can best serve in the communities. Members
elect their own leaders and select their projects. Community
service hours are earned! To participate, you must be at least a
freshman in high school.
Board of Governors: Members are comprised of
people who support our vision and are willing to promote and
market Mercey Springs. No meeting requirements, only your
passion to connect groups in our community and to educate people
about how Mercey Springs Foundation wishes to make a difference.
Board of Intention: Members will lend their
support through positive thoughts, prayers, healing sessions –
whatever the modality for “tapping in” is. The only commitment
required is one of heart and focused intention on success.
Meeting attendance is not required..
Board of Charities: Members of other charities
will be invited to participate. This is a good vehicle for
creating connections in the charitable community and for Mercey
Springs to learn where help is most needed. No meeting
attendance is required, though a monthly brown bag lunch is
held.
Contact Brenda Kress, Executive Director, 916-456-1411 or
bkress@merceysprings.org if interested in participating on
one of our Advisory Boards.
